REQUIREMENTS
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm and secure your booking. Payment must be made via internet banking within 3 days of receiving booking confirmation. The outstanding balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
For bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
*please note it is a 20min drive to the nearest food store. There are no shops or eftpos/ATM facilities at Te Henga.

CANCELATION POLICY
- Guests who cancel between 14 and 7 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Guests who cancel 6 days or less before check-in will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
